You can use this un-utilised 20% of the bandwidth to make your daily browsing and downloading a little faster.

Steps:
- Click Start>>Run
- Type "gpedit.msc" without quotes. This opens the group policy editor
- Then navigate through Local Computer Policy>>Computer Configuration>>Administrative Templates>>Network
- Click on QOS Packet Scheduler >>Limit Reservable Bandwidth.(On the right side)
- Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth
- ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO
- This will allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%
