How to Speed up your Internet by 20%

How to Speed up your Internet by 20%?

Microsoft reserves 20% of your available bandwidth for their own purposes like Windows Updates and interrogating your PC etc.
You can use this un-utilised 20% of the bandwidth to make your daily browsing and downloading a little faster.

Steps:
  1. Click Start>>Run
  2. Type "gpedit.msc" without quotes. This opens the group policy editor
  3. Then navigate through Local Computer Policy>>Computer Configuration>>Administrative Templates>>Network
  4. Click on QOS Packet Scheduler >>Limit Reservable Bandwidth.(On the right side)
  5. Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth
  6. ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO
  7. This will allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%
